The job description and the responsibilities outlined below areĀ general guidelines only. As each Family’s needs and requirements are unique and different, the specific expectations and job responsibilities should be initially discussed during the interview and later included in the Family/Employee Agreement.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT – Responsible for everything necessary to ensure comfort and success of the Employer – often referred as their “right hand”.
Brief description of what Personal Assistants do:
- Maintain the calendar and make travel arrangements
- Handle the bills and correspondence, and other administrative duties
- Run Errands
- Answer and return calls
- Personal shopper
- Perform the role and duties of a House Manager
