This ensures that our Clients do not have to spend their valuable time sifting through applications as we will do all the background work for them and quickly find the Candidates who best meet their needs.

- Phone Interview
- Personal Screening Interview
- Verification of legal form of ID
- References checked and former employment verified
- Extensive criminal background investigation – County Criminal Records, verification of Social Security Number, Address Trace
- Driving History – State DMV Records
- CPR and First Aid Training, TB and Communicable Diseases records, DCFS records (for those applying for Nanny jobs)
- Other searches available per client’s request
