PLACEMENT PROCESS:

  1. Placement Application completed
  2. Phone Interview
  3. In-person Interview in our office with the Staffing Specialist
  4. Post interview screening – Verification of previous employment and references checked
  5. Presentation of your profile to a prospective family
  6. Interview with the family
  7. Post interview feedback - The Agency informs the family about your decision
  8. Background check performed
  9. Employment Agreement between Family and Applicant signed
  10. Trial day scheduled
  11. Starting new job
  12. Follow-up and post placement support
